The line of flavored salami “I Peverissimi”, of small and delicious size, is composed of:
– Peverissimo with fennel
– Peverissimo with pepper
– Peverissimo with chilli
The meat with which “I Peverissimi” is made comes from pigs reared in areas that refer exclusively to Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy. Its grind must be such as to allow a balanced distribution of the lean and fat parts. Only natural and wholemeal flavors are added to the dough to ensure the high quality of the product.
“I Peverissimi” are subjected to a short seasoning of 20 or 30 days in our cellars. Subsequently they are deprived of the casing and placed in the convenient vacuum-packed package, which allows them to preserve their organoleptic qualities.
To be best enjoyed, once the vacuum pack is opened, we recommend consuming them in a limited period of time.
The flavor is appetizing and aromatic, it is excellent for creating delicious aperitifs, both to be enjoyed as a snack.
