Thanks to our long experience, we create products of distinguished quality, protagonists on each table and originating from the selection of the best, most balanced pork. The processing with which we make culatelli varies depending on the types of products that we aim to prepare. Final products are also different from each other both in terms of the nuances of flavor, and shape. Moreover, we know how essential it is to follow an adequate curing time, varying for each product. It ranges from a period of 6 months up to 16 months and is carried out in the microclimate of our cellars and creates their unmistakable flavor.
