The Fiocco Rustico di Prosciutto (rustic ham cushion), guaranteed in its traditional authenticity, is characterized by a process involving the use of meat obtained from quality pork legs, expertly salted and without the addition of preservatives of any kind and/or GMOs,

After the very important salting procedure, the Fiocco is first left to dry and then covered with lard in its muscular portion. Finally, it is aged in our cellars, which facilitate the maturation process by providing an appropriate natural microclimate.

The Fiocco Rustico Di Prosciutto (rustic ham cushion) is characterized by a round shape and is sold in sizes weighing 2.0 kg. The experience on the palate is that of a traditional flavor, tasty and delicious. It is the crown jewel of any appetizer dish and, paired with a glass of excellent wine, a special guest at your cocktail party.
