Product of considerable organoleptic value and well appreciated by every connoisseur, the “Culatello Brado” is proposed in its characteristic shape and in a size of about 3.5 kg.
It is distinguished by the quality of the flavor that derives from the use of pigs of the “Nera Parmigiana”: a breed bred, in fact, in the wild and which is characterized by the value of the intense, peculiar taste and with aromatic tones of a unique meat in the its kind, as well as offering a series of significant advantages from a nutritional point of view.
For the realization of this product the fresh breech of black pig of Parma is used, which is handmade in our Salumificio according to an artisanal method that begins with the phase of salting and flavoring with spices and ends with the seasoning period. carried out within the environment of our cellars for a period of 16 months.
The “Culatello Brado” tells the palate an exquisite intensity that makes the plate of appetizers or the platter of cold cuts special for an aperitif that becomes delicious and goes well with a wine with an equally full-bodied taste.
