SalamI Peverino:

“Salame Peverino” is prepared according to the traditional method “salame alla cacciatora”, with lean meat of Italian pig (D.O.P. Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy) and sacked in natural gut. Ideal for an appetizer or a quick snack, when sliced, it has a beautiful red colour, slightly dotted with white. It has a typical, slightly salty aroma, we recommend eating it within one month.
