Rounded in shape and weighing about 400 g, this specialty displays fine organoleptic features, a beautiful pink color, and a sweet taste reminiscent of almonds and hazelnuts; it is remarkably tender when sliced.
The making of this product begins with the careful selection of quality meats, the medium grinding in our factory, and the aging with delicate spices and freshly grated black truffle.
The mince is then filled in natural casings, and placed in our cellars for the aging phase (the optimal time is 60 days), in an environment with an adequate natural micro-climate.
The “Tartù” is a versatile salami that you can use to prepare delicious snacks, a special appetizer, a unique and tasty aperitif that we suggest to pair with a quality red wine.
Once sliced, it caresses the nose with its decisive fragrance and its unique flavor to then explode on the palate with precious intensity.
