Its processing begins with our careful selection of pigs coming exclusively from local farms. The meat is ground before being flavored with salt and a blend of spices that enriches the flavor.
After being dried, the salami is aged in the natural microclimate of our cellars for a time of 60 days, adequate and optimal to obtain a final result of true excellence.
