The Salame Campagnolo is a particularly tasty product of high organoleptic quality that, on the palate, reveales its intense and precious flavor.
It is the final result of the skillful processing of well-selected meats, which also make the delicious and exquisite paste of the Salame Gentile, a salami slightly flavored with fresh garlic pesto and further enhanced by being flavored with wine.
This paste is characterized by fine grinding and coarsely shredded fatty parts. After being stuffed into its casing and tied completely by hand, it is aged rather shortly, i.e. for a period of 40 days, in the environment of our factory cellars, which offer a natural micro-climate suitable to best define the excellence of the flavor of this product.
The Campagnolo salami lets you discover its taste genuinely. It can be a special idea for delicious snacks or the protagonist of your full-rounded appetizer plate. It is excellent as an accompaniment to cheeses when you want to bring a nice variation to a traditional, genuine aperitif.
