Our local Pancettone is one of the jewels of our Salumificio, produced with fine local heavy pork bacon, weighing up to ten kilos.
Sold in sizes of about 4 kg and with an unmistakable cylindrical shape, the” Pancettone Nostrano ” is a product that stands out for the genuine taste on the palate.
This high-quality cut of meat comes from a careful selection of swine, which is the basis of our production and proof of craftsmanship. The final step is optimal aging in the ideal environment of our cellars where we can guarantee a natural microclimate suitable to best accommodate the salami during this important and delicate phase.
The Pancettone Nostrano is aged for quite a long period, about 14 months. Such length better enhances the organoleptic traits of an exquisite versatile product.
Once sliced, you can appreciate the brightness of its fatty parts, a prelude to a sweet, delicate taste and a tender texture. It can be used as a delicious ingredient for the preparation of various dishes, sliced and put on top of toasted bread, or served as the main protagonist of your rich and prestigious apericena.
