The Peverissimi assortment, our small-sized and delicious flavored salami, consists of:
– Peverissimo with fennel
– Peverissimo with pepper
– Peverissimo with chilli
The meat with which Peverissimi are made comes from pigs bred exclusively in Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy. The grinding must allow for a balanced distribution of the lean and fatty parts. Exclusively natural and whole spices are added to the mince, to ensure the high quality of the product.
Peverissimi are subjected to a short aging, of 20 or 30 days, in our cellars. Subsequently, they are deprived of the casing and placed in the convenient vacuum pack, which allows them to preserve their organoleptic qualities.
To be enjoyed at their best, once the vacuum package is opened, we recommend consuming them within a limited period.
The taste is appetizing and aromatic, it is great for creating delicious aperitifs, or to be enjoyed as a snack.
