The “Cotechino Mariola” is produced in our factory by experienced craftsmanship, which enhances its flavor and offers a delicious product to cook and then bring to the table on any occasion.
For this production we use lean cuts of pork that must then be ground to a rather coarse grain, which makes its taste delicious and popular.
The cotechino, after being prepared and seasoned with spices, garlic and red wine can be stuffed in its natural casing and then boiled for four hours.
Its peculiarity is the intense taste and smell, aromatic and always very elegant, due to the unique leanness of the meat. It should be served after being cut into slices and paired with a side dish of baked or mashed potatoes or the more traditional lentils.
