The exquisite flavor of the pre-cooked “Cotechino mariola Fagotti di Cielo” is effectively and safely protected by a practical and hygienic vacuum packing.
It differs from the “Cotechino Fagotti di Cielo” in its size, which is larger.
It is produced in our salami factory after a careful selection of quality pork, coming from controlled and certified farms that refer only to the territory of the Lombardy region and Emilia Romagna.
Its characteristic is that it has a rather coarse grind, essential to best underline a flavor in the foreground which is further enhanced by the flavoring of a mix of spices which is added to the meat and well blended.
The final mixture, distributed in a natural casing, must be steam cooked in the oven before being packaged: in this way all the organoleptic properties of this fragrant and delicious cotechino are preserved. It is served hot after having immersed the bag in boiling water for 20/30 minutes.
It can be accompanied with a classic side dish such as lentils and becomes particularly exquisite and irresistible even when it is transformed into an ingredient to complete first course recipes, for example, based on rice.
