The exquisite flavor of cotechino Fagotti Di Cielo is effectively and safely protected by practical and hygienic vacuum packaging.
It is produced in our salumificio after a careful selection of quality pork meat coming from controlled and certified farms based in the Lombardy and Emilia Romagna regions.
It features a rather coarse grain, essential to better emphasize a foreground flavor further enhanced by seasoning spices that are added to the meat and well blended in.
The final mixture, stuffed in a natural casing, must be steamed in the oven before being packaged: in this way, every organoleptic property of this fragrant and delicious cotechino is preserved. It must be served hot after immersing the bag in boiling water for 20 minutes.
It can be complemented by a traditional side dish, such as lentils. It can also be particularly tasty and irresistible when used as an ingredient to add to first course recipes, such as risotto.
