Description
The “Coppa Nostrana” (homemade) is a quality product of organoleptic purity able to give the palate a refined, elegant, intense experience.
It is processed in our factory by a very rigorous artisanal method. First, we select the appropriate cut of pork, obtained exclusively from pigs bred in Lombardy or Emilia Romagna, whose origin is certified, weighing at least 300 kg and fed with cereals for two years.
When slicing it, you will be impressed by the bright colors of the lean and fatty parts, which already reveal the deep-tasting experience. Such taste is nestled and enhanced right before the drying phase when the meat is massaged with a blend of herbs and spices.
Its unmistakable flavor is also due to a long aging process of at least 14 months, which takes place in the suitable and natural environment of our cellars, where the characteristic micro-climate is a further guarantee of absolute delicacy.
Perfect for your appetizer, the “Coppa Nostrana” is a great fit for a delicious bruschetta. It will be the absolute protagonists of every kind of cold cuts and cheeses platter. Its intense taste is also perfectly balanced when served with fresh salads.
