|The “Coppa Nostrana” is a product of quality and organoleptic purity capable of giving the palate a refined, elegant and always intense intensity.
It is processed in our salami factory following a very precise artisan methodology and selecting the appropriate size of meat which is always and only obtained from pigs certified in their origin from farms located in Lombardy or Emilia Romagna, weighing at least 300 kg reared for two years with cereals. When sliced, it is offered to the eye with the brightness of the color of the lean and fat parts which both anticipate a basic gluttony enhanced by the massaging of a mix of aromas and spices to which it must be subjected before drying. its unmistakable flavor is also due to a maturation process which must have a rather long optimal duration, of at least 14 months, which takes place in the suitable and natural environment of our cellars, where the microclimate that characterizes them becomes a further guarantee of absolute delicacy. Perfect for the appetizer dish, the “Coppa Nostrana” goes well with the preparation of a na delicious bruschetta, it becomes one of the protagonists of excellence on every type of cold cuts and cheese platter and its intense delicacy is ideally balanced with the fresh flavor of salads.
