“Panciottino” Salami:

Peveri's premium seasoned Panciottino salami is obtained with lean meat of national pig ham and belly, finely ground and seasoned with salt, black pepper, sweet aromas and garlic juice filtered in Gutturnio red wine. When the seasoning time is finished, this salami is red in colour and very fragrant. The taste is rustic but delicate, not fatty and always soft. Ideal with fresh bread for a great snack or appetizer.
