Our exclusive salami Mandòla, whose name recalls the Italian traditional music instrument, the mandolin, is produced with a dough of fresh, not frozen and lean ham. Made exclusively with pigs born, raised and slaughtered in Italy. To be consumed sliced. Prepared with sea salt, whole spices and Gutturnio red wine. Exquisite with white bread, seasonal fruit and good red wine, tender and savoury.

Fine grain grinding.
