Lombo Stagionato is a typical cured meat obtained from the dorsal part of the pork, the loin, which is one of the finest and most precious parts of the animal, the heavy Italian pig.

This meat is deboned, salted dry, flavoured with spices, and seasoned inside the pork gut for at least 3 months in our natural microclimate cellars, as dictated by the tradition of the province of Piacenza.

The finished product is compact, consistent, and with in intense pink colour; the taste is sweet, delicate, but pleasantly smoked.
