100% italian meat

Our prized local ham is obtained by processing the legs of Italian white pigs weighing 300 kilos, coming from farms that respect the well-being of the pig, fed with cereals, bran and healthy ingredients.

The more mature and less moist meat is firmer, making the finished product extremely sweet, soft and fragrant. It is processed like the ham produced in Friuli, preserving the paw which allows to maintain the integrity of the thigh, facilitating its drainage.

The long 48-month maturation, due to a thigh heavier than a normal ham, increases its organoleptic qualities, the visual aspect is wonderful looking at the large ruby ​​red slices with a silky texture.
