100% italian meat

Cotechino Peveri is produced from fresh meats from the noble parts of pigs born, raised and slaughtered in the Italian regions of Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy. The meats are ground and gently flavoured with sea salt, spices and aromatic herbs, and then stuffed into natural guts. Baked in the oven, this sweet and succulent salami with a coarse grinding will obtain a delicate consistence, fragrant for the lean parts, and creamy for the fat ones. The perfume is intense, rich in aromatic notes, of boiled meat and garlic. When you taste it, the dough melts wonderfully, giving the palate a harmony of crunchy and soft gelatinous ingredients. The flavour is strong, with a persistent spicy profile. The Cotechino “Fagotti di Cielo”is vacuum packed, and it’s to be consumed after cooking.
