Coppa “Fonti dei Monaci”:

Seasoned Coppa, which takes its name from the production area, characterized by the presence of natural fountains. Coppa is a cured meat produced using the neck end part of the pork. This particular type of Coppa, unlike the Coppa Piacentina D.O.P., requires a shorter maturing period, and therefore has a sweeter flavour, especially appreciated by those who prefer a more delicate taste. This product is in the list of "Top 10 Selections of Gambero Rosso" in February 2016.
