“Casereccio” Salami:
100% italian meat
Homemade seasoned and coarsely minced Salami, exclusively made with pork meat from certified and selected farms in Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy.
It has the same characteristics as Salame Piacentino D.O.P., but a shorter seasoning, of no more than 45 days.
It is obtained from the picnic shoulder, the anterior part of the pork, enriched with salt, black pepper, nutmeg, and garlic juice filtered with Gutturnio wine.
Its name in Italian means ‘home-made’, due to its aspect and the use of the natural thick and rough pig gut, in which it slowly seasons until it becomes fragrant, delicate and soft.
