“Campagnolo” Salami:
100% italian meat
This premium Salami is produced with the finest pork meat cuts, the ones used for Salame Gentile, the so called “trito di banco”. This dough of chopped pork meat is mixed with sea salt and black pepper, flavoured with grated garlic filtered in red wine. The meat is then stuffed into a thin pig gut, suitable for a short period of seasoning, which gives the product a sweet and delicate taste, and then hand-tied and hung in our cellars for about 40 days.
